Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to join our hotel Sales team, based in Bangkok or Phuket. The role will focus on developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, building strong relationships with corporate and travel industry partners, conducting sales calls, analyzing market trends, and implementing effective hotel sales strategies to drive room revenue, market share, and overall business performance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3–5 years of hotel sales experience. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and account management skills are essential. Candidates must be able to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and demonstrate a strong commercial and results-driven approach. Very good written and spoken English is required. Thai nationality is preferred.
