Job Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise hotel revenue, increase market share and achieve business targets. Identify new business opportunities, manage existing client accounts and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators and key business partners. Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections and contract negotiations while working closely with Revenue, Reservations and Marketing teams to optimise occupancy, room rates and overall hotel performance.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Executive within a hotel or resort is preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel sales, account management, market segmentation, contract negotiations and revenue strategies is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills are required, together with good written and spoken English, commercial awareness and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive hospitality market.
