Job Description
Support hotel safety, health and workplace compliance by conducting regular inspections, identifying hazards and ensuring safe working practices across all departments. Maintain safety records, investigate incidents and coordinate emergency drills, fire safety and employee safety training. Work closely with Engineering, Security and department managers to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Safety Officer in a hotel, resort or similar workplace environment is preferred. Good knowledge of Thai occupational health and safety regulations, risk assessment, fire safety and emergency procedures is required. Relevant Safety Officer certification under Thai regulations, good communication skills and strong attention to detail are essential.
