Requirements
The ideal candidate should have proven leadership and team management skills with a strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, table management, and hygiene practices. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. The ability to resolve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment, work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and maintain a responsible and reliable attitude is required. Good command of English is essential.
