Job Description
Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, high guest satisfaction and consistent resort standards. Manage and develop the restaurant team while overseeing reservations, service flow, upselling, guest relations and cost control. Work closely with the Kitchen and F&B leadership to improve restaurant performance and achieve revenue and service targets.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a hotel, resort or quality restaurant is required. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, team leadership, guest relations, revenue generation and cost control is essential. Good English communication, leadership and organisational skills are required.
