เรากำลังมองหา ผู้จัดการห้องอาหาร (Restaurant Manager) ที่มีประสบการณ์ เพื่อบริหารและดูแลการดำเนินงานประจำวันของห้องอาหารให้มีประสิทธิภาพและสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้แก่แขก หน้าที่รับผิดชอบรวมถึงการบริหารทีมบริการ ควบคุมมาตรฐานการบริการและสุขอนามัย ดูแลตารางการทำงานและสต็อกสินค้า ควบคุมต้นทุนและงบประมาณ จัดการข้อเสนอแนะและข้อร้องเรียนของแขก พร้อมประสานงานกับทีมครัวเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขาย รายได้ และความพึงพอใจของแขก
Requirements
ผู้สมัครควรมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager หรือหัวหน้างานด้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ในโรงแรม รีสอร์ท หรือร้านอาหาร มีทักษะด้านการบริหารห้องอาหาร การบริหารทีม การบริการลูกค้า การควบคุมต้นทุน สต็อกสินค้า ระบบ POS และมาตรฐาน HACCP มีภาวะผู้นำ ทักษะการสื่อสารและการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี สามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีความรวดเร็วและปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะได้ หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
