Job Description
Lead the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring high standards of guest service, operational efficiency and overall property performance. Oversee Rooms, F&B, Engineering and other operational departments while driving guest satisfaction, revenue performance and cost control. Lead and develop department heads while working closely with senior management to achieve the resort’s business objectives.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Resort Manager, Hotel Manager, EAM or senior operations leader within a hotel or resort is required. Strong knowledge of resort operations, financial management, guest relations and team leadership is essential. Excellent English communication, problem-solving and leadership skills are required, with experience managing a resort operation in Thailand preferred.
