Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Reservations Manager to lead the hotel’s Reservations department and maximize room revenue, occupancy, and booking performance. The Reservations Manager will oversee daily reservation operations, manage room inventory and booking channels, supervise and develop the reservations team, monitor rates and availability, handle group and VIP bookings, and work closely with Revenue, Sales, and Front Office teams to ensure accurate reservations and exceptional guest service.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Reservations Manager, Assistant Reservations Manager, or senior reservations professional within a hotel or resort. Strong knowledge of PMS, CRS, OTA platforms, room inventory, rates, and reservation systems is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organisational skills are required. Experience in revenue management, forecasting, group reservations, and team supervision is preferred. Good written and spoken English and strong attention to detail are essential.
