Job Description
We are looking for a Reservations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Central Reservation team and ensure efficient handling of all booking activities. The role includes managing room inventory, rate loading, OTA channel management, allotments, and yield strategies to maximise revenue performance. The successful candidate will handle complex reservations, VIP bookings, and ensure accuracy across Opera PMS, Channel Manager systems, and OTA extranets. Responsibilities also include analysing pick-up reports, forecasting occupancy trends, and coaching reservation agents to improve conversion and upselling performance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of direct hotel reservations experience and proven experience using Opera PMS or a similar hotel reservation system. Strong knowledge of OTA management, rate management, inventory control, and yield strategy is essential. Previous supervisory experience within a reservations department is preferred. Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, are required.
