Job Description
We are looking for a Reservation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the reservations department and ensure accurate booking management while maximizing room revenue and guest satisfaction. The role includes supervising reservation agents, monitoring room inventory and availability, handling reservation enquiries, ensuring booking accuracy, coordinating with sales and front office teams, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in reservations or front office operations with supervisory responsibility, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment. Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills are essential. Experience with hotel PMS, CRS, and OTA platforms is required. Good English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment are essential.
