Job Description
We are looking for a Reservation Agent to manage room reservations efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service to guests. The role includes handling reservations through telephone, email, online travel agents, and other booking channels, updating reservation records, providing accurate information on room availability, rates, and promotions, coordinating with the Front Office and Sales teams, and ensuring all reservations are processed accurately to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in reservations, Front Office, or a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills are essential. Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation systems is preferred. Good English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are required.
