Job Description
เรากำลังมองหา พนักงานสำรองห้องพัก (Reservation Agent) เพื่อดูแลการรับจองห้องพักและให้ข้อมูลแก่ลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้องและเป็นมืออาชีพ หน้าที่ประกอบด้วยการรับจองผ่านโทรศัพท์ อีเมล และช่องทางออนไลน์ การอัปเดตข้อมูลการจองในระบบ การประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง การตอบข้อซักถามของลูกค้า และการช่วยเพิ่มยอดขายผ่านการแนะนำประเภทห้องพักและโปรโมชั่นที่เหมาะสม
Requirements
ผู้สมัครควรมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานสำรองห้องพัก งานต้อนรับ หรือธุรกิจโรงแรม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการบริการลูกค้าที่ดี สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบบริหารจัดการโรงแรม (PMS) ได้ หากมีประสบการณ์กับ Opera หรือระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องจะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และมีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารได้ดี
