Job Description

We are looking for a Purchasing Manager to oversee all procurement and purchasing operations while ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely supply management across the hotel. The role includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing inventory levels, monitoring purchasing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will support operational departments by maintaining efficient purchasing processes and strong supplier relationships.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous purchasing or procurement management experience within hospitality operations. Strong negotiation, organisational, and analytical skills are essential. Experience in supplier management, inventory control, cost analysis, and procurement systems is required. The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail is essential. Good English communication skills are preferred.
