Job Description
เรากำลังมองหา หัวหน้างานพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง (Public Area Supervisor) เพื่อควบคุมดูแลความสะอาด ความเรียบร้อย และมาตรฐานของพื้นที่ส่วนกลางภายในโรงแรม หน้าที่รับผิดชอบรวมถึงการดูแลทีม Public Area มอบหมายงานประจำวัน ตรวจสอบล็อบบี้ ห้องน้ำ ทางเดิน ห้องอาหาร และพื้นที่สำหรับแขก ควบคุมมาตรฐานด้านความสะอาดและสุขอนามัย รายงานปัญหาด้านการซ่อมบำรุง และประสานงานกับแผนกแม่บ้านและแผนกช่างเพื่อให้พื้นที่ต่าง ๆ พร้อมให้บริการอยู่เสมอ
Requirements
ผู้สมัครควรมีประสบการณ์ด้าน งานแม่บ้านโรงแรมหรือ Public Area โดยเฉพาะในระดับหัวหน้างานในโรงแรมหรือรีสอร์ท มีทักษะด้านการบริหารทีม การจัดสรรงาน และการตรวจสอบมาตรฐานความสะอาด มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกอื่น และปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะในสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
