Job Description
Lead the overall operation and commercial performance of the assigned hotel F&B outlet, ensuring exceptional service, guest satisfaction and profitability. Manage the outlet team, daily service, revenue generation, cost control and operational standards while working closely with Culinary and F&B leadership. Drive promotions, upselling and service improvements to strengthen the outlet’s reputation and financial performance.

Requirements
Previous experience as an Outlet General Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior F&B leader within a luxury hotel, resort or high-end restaurant is required. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L management, revenue generation, cost control and team development is essential. Excellent English communication, leadership and guest relations skills are required.
