Job Description
We are looking for an IT Supervisor to oversee daily IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all hotel technology systems and infrastructure. The role includes supporting hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network performance, assisting users, and ensuring all IT systems operate efficiently to support hotel operations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous IT experience within hospitality or related industries with supervisory responsibility preferred. Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting is essential. Good problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills are required, along with the ability to provide technical support in a fast-paced environment.
