Job Description
Support the daily operation of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, benefits and employee relations. Assist with staff activities, training coordination and HR administration while responding to employee enquiries and supporting department managers with HR matters. Ensure employee documentation and HR processes comply with company policies and Thai labour regulations
Requirements
Previous experience as a Human Resources Supervisor, HR Officer or in a similar HR role, preferably within a hotel or resort, is preferred. Good knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, employee relations and Thai labour law is required. Good English communication, computer and organisational skills are essential, together with discretion, attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
