We are looking for a Head Mixologist / Beverage Manager to lead bar operations and create exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. The role includes developing signature cocktails, managing beverage quality, leading the team, and driving service standards. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations while delivering creativity and strong commercial results.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in mixology or beverage management with strong leadership skills. Good knowledge of spirits, wines, beverage trends, hygiene, and food safety standards is essential. Strong English communication skills, customer service ability, and creativity in drink development are required, with additional languages considered an advantage.
