Job Description
Lead the hotel’s bar beverage programme, creating signature cocktails and maintaining consistently high standards of drink preparation and presentation. Develop cocktail menus, train and guide the bar team, and ensure efficient bar operations, stock control and product quality. Engage with guests and introduce creative beverage experiences that enhance the hotel’s F&B offering.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Mixologist, Mixologist or senior Bartender in a hotel, resort or high-quality bar is required. Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, mixology techniques, menu development and beverage trends is essential. Good English communication, creativity and leadership skills are required, with the ability to train and inspire the bar team.
