Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee daily front office operations and ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for all guests. The role includes supervising Guest Service Agents, assisting with guest check-in and check-out procedures, handling guest enquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in front office or guest service operations with supervisory responsibility within a hotel or resort environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with hotel PMS systems, guest relations, and service recovery is preferred. Good English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment are required.
