The role includes handling check-in and check-out procedures, assisting guests with enquiries and requests, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high service standards at all times. The successful candidate will help create positive guest experiences and support efficient front office operations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have good communication and customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude. Previous front office or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential. Basic English communication skills are required, along with the ability to work in shifts and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
