Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Service Agent - Chinese Speaking to provide excellent front office service and ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure. The role includes assisting with check-in and check-out, handling guest requests, and supporting daily front desk operations. The successful candidate will deliver friendly and professional service at all times.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous front office or guest service experience within hospitality. Fluency in Chinese and good English communication skills are essential. Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
