The role includes welcoming VIP and international guests, handling guest enquiries and special requests, resolving complaints professionally, coordinating with hotel departments, assisting with check-in and check-out when required, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience from arrival to departure.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a customer service role within a hotel or hospitality environment. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential, and additional language skills are an advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required. A professional appearance, positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service are essential.
