Requirements
The ideal candidate must be a Japanese National with strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality operations is preferred. Fluency in Japanese and English is required. The ability to interact confidently with guests, handle requests professionally, and maintain high service standards is essential.
