Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager to lead the guest relations team and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction throughout the guest journey. The role includes managing VIP arrivals, long-stay and repeat guests, handling guest feedback and service recovery, building strong guest relationships, coordinating with operational departments, and ensuring personalized service standards are consistently maintained to create memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality operations within a hotel or resort environment. Strong communication, customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent English communication skills are required, while additional language skills are an advantage. The ability to handle guest concerns professionally, manage a service-focused team, and perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment is essential.
