Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Experience Manager to lead guest experience initiatives and ensure exceptional service standards throughout the guest journey. The role includes overseeing guest relations, managing VIP experiences, handling guest feedback and service recovery, coordinating with operational departments, and driving guest satisfaction and loyalty through personalised and memorable experiences.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality management within upscale or luxury hotel operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to handle guest concerns professionally, lead teams effectively, and maintain high service standards is required. Excellent English communication skills and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences are essential.
