Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the full day-to-day operations of the beach club, including front of house, bar, service flow, and kitchen operations. The role includes ensuring smooth service during high-volume periods and events, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and managing reservations and guest flow. The successful candidate will drive financial performance, control operational costs, lead and develop teams, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining strong service standards and online reputation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience within hospitality, beach clubs, or high-volume food and beverage operations. Excellent operational, financial, and team management skills are essential. The ability to drive revenue, manage costs, lead teams under pressure, and deliver outstanding guest experiences is required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
