Job Description
Lead the pre-opening, opening and ongoing operations of Hampton by Hilton Phuket Town, ensuring full operational readiness and compliance with Hilton brand standards. Take overall responsibility for hotel performance, including guest satisfaction, commercial results, financial management, asset protection and team development. Work closely with the Owner, Hilton Opening Team and corporate leadership to successfully position and establish the hotel within the Phuket market.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of senior hotel management experience, including proven General Manager or equivalent leadership experience. Strong pre-opening, hotel operations, financial management, commercial strategy and people leadership skills are required, with international hotel brand experience highly preferred. Candidates should have excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills, with the advertised age requirement not exceeding 50 years.
