Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations across the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and other dining outlets. The Food & Beverage Manager will manage and develop the service team, maintain exceptional guest service and hygiene standards, control budgets and operating costs, oversee inventory, develop promotions, and work closely with the Executive Chef to drive revenue, profitability, and memorable dining experiences.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a senior F&B leadership role within a hotel or resort. Strong knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations, budgeting, cost control, inventory management, revenue generation, and HACCP food safety standards is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills are required, together with strong commercial awareness and the ability to develop a high-performing F&B team. Good English communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment are essential.
