Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations across our hotel restaurants, bars, banquets, and other dining outlets. The Food & Beverage Manager will lead and develop the service team, maintain exceptional guest service standards, manage budgets and cost control, drive revenue and profitability, oversee daily operations, and work closely with the culinary team to deliver outstanding dining experiences and achieve departmental financial targets.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a relevant professional qualification and at least 4 years of progressive Food & Beverage or resort hotel experience, including experience in a position of significant responsibility. Strong team management, leadership, organisational, decision-making, and customer relationship skills are essential. Candidates should demonstrate commercial and financial awareness, initiative, and the ability to manage a profitable F&B operation in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Excellent spoken and written English is required. Thai nationals only.
