Job Description
Lead the Food & Beverage department at Dusit Thani Bangkok, ensuring high service standards, strong guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations across all F&B outlets. Oversee planning, staffing, training and team coordination while responding to market needs and maintaining consistent 5-star service standards. Work closely with Culinary and hotel leadership to improve outlet performance, service quality and overall F&B results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field with at least 4–5 years of F&B management experience, preferably within a 5-star hotel environment. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, people management and problem-solving is required. Excellent written and spoken English, professional presentation and strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
