Job Description
Supervise daily housekeeping operations on assigned guest room floors and ensure rooms meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards. Inspect completed rooms, monitor room status and coordinate guest requests or maintenance issues with relevant departments. Guide and support Room Attendants to ensure rooms are completed efficiently and on time.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor or senior Room Attendant in a hotel or resort is preferred. Strong knowledge of room inspections, housekeeping procedures and cleanliness standards is required. Good leadership, organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail are essential.
