Job Description
Supervise daily Housekeeping operations on assigned guest room floors, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and room presentation. Conduct guest room inspections, monitor room cleaning progress and ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals according to hotel standards. Assign daily tasks, supervise and train Room Attendants, monitor linen and guest amenities, and coordinate closely with Front Office and Engineering to resolve maintenance issues and guest requests.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant within a hotel or resort is preferred. Strong knowledge of room cleaning procedures, room inspection standards, housekeeping operations and hygiene requirements is essential. Good leadership, organisational and communication skills are required, together with attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to supervise a team while maintaining excellent cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.
