Job Description
Supervise the Floor Butler team to ensure personalised and efficient service for guests throughout their stay. Coordinate guest requests, room deliveries, VIP amenities and special arrangements while working closely with Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments. Monitor service standards and support the team in creating a seamless luxury guest experience.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Butler Supervisor, Senior Butler or similar guest service role in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred. Strong guest relations, team supervision and English communication skills are essential. Must be service-minded, well-groomed and confident handling VIP guests and personalised requests.
