Job Description
Supervise the daily operation of the hotel’s fitness centre and swimming pool areas, ensuring facilities are clean, safe and maintained to a high standard. Assist guests with fitness and recreation enquiries, oversee pool and gym activities, monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance requirements. Lead the Fitness & Pool team while ensuring excellent guest service and compliance with hotel health and safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience in fitness, recreation, pool operations or a supervisory role within a hotel or resort is preferred. Good knowledge of gym equipment, pool safety and health and safety procedures is required. Strong leadership, guest service and communication skills are essential, with good English and a professional, service-minded attitude.
