Job Description
Oversee the hotel’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost control and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and financial reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial statements, analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Work closely with the General Manager and department heads to monitor expenses, maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Assistant Financial Controller or Chief Accountant within a hotel or resort is required. Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, taxation and internal auditing is essential. Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel and hotel financial systems is required. Excellent analytical, leadership and organisational skills are essential, together with good written and spoken English, attention to detail and the ability to manage financial operations effectively in a busy hospitality environment.
