Job Description
We are looking for an F&B Service Attendant to provide friendly and professional food and beverage service while ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. The role includes welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, responding to guest requests, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and supporting the smooth daily operation of restaurant, bar, and banquet outlets.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in food and beverage service or restaurant operations is preferred but not essential. Good communication skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment are required. Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
