Requirements
The ideal candidate should have extensive housekeeping leadership experience within hospitality operations. Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, quality standards, budgeting, inventory management, and team leadership is essential. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to manage large teams and maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
