Job Description
Pullman Khao Lak Resort is seeking an Executive Assistant to GM & Sustainability Coordinator to provide full administrative support to the General Manager while assisting in the planning and execution of sustainability initiatives across the resort. The role includes calendar management, correspondence, report preparation, meeting coordination, and supporting ESG and sustainability programs through internal communication, events, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles with strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Candidates must be fluent in Thai and English and preferably have experience supporting sustainability programs, ESG reporting, or hospitality-related environmental initiatives.
