Job Description
The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui is seeking an Event Sales Manager to drive revenue through meetings, events, weddings, and group business while delivering exceptional client experiences. The role includes developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating with operational teams to ensure successful event execution. The successful candidate will help strengthen the hotel’s market presence and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous front office management experience within luxury hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage teams and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment. Excellent English communication skills are required, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
