Job Description
We are looking for an organised and service-minded Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of hotel events, meetings, conferences, weddings, and banquets. The Event Coordinator will coordinate event requirements with clients and hotel departments, prepare event documentation, manage schedules and function details, assist with site inspections, monitor event setups, and work closely with Sales, Banquet, Kitchen, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure successful events and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in events, catering, banquets, sales, or hospitality, preferably within a hotel or resort. Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Experience in event planning, banquet operations, client coordination, and administrative documentation is preferred. Good English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality environment are required.
