Job Description
We are looking for a Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure a smooth, professional, and memorable guest experience across all departments. The role includes supervising operational teams, handling guest enquiries and complaints, monitoring service standards, coordinating with department heads, supporting front office operations, and ensuring efficient hotel operations during assigned shifts.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in hotel operations, front office, or guest service management within a hotel or resort environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with hotel PMS systems, guest relations, and service recovery is preferred. Good English communication skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced hospitality environment are essential.
