Job Description
We are looking for a Commis II - Western Kitchen to support daily kitchen operations and assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality Western dishes in accordance with hotel standards. The role includes preparing ingredients, assisting with cooking and plating, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and supporting the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a Western kitchen within a hotel, resort, or restaurant environment. Knowledge of Western cuisine, food preparation techniques, and food safety standards is preferred. The ability to work under pressure, follow recipes and established standards, and work effectively as part of a team is required. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for culinary excellence are essential.
