Job Description
We are looking for a skilled IT Officer to support the hotel’s daily information technology operations and ensure reliable performance of all IT systems. The IT Officer will provide technical support to hotel departments, maintain computers, networks, Wi-Fi, servers, printers, and software systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user access and system security, perform backups, and support hotel systems including PMS, POS, and other hospitality technology.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as an IT Officer, IT Support Technician, or similar role, preferably within a hotel or resort. Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows, Wi-Fi, cybersecurity, troubleshooting, and system administration is required. Experience with hotel systems such as PMS and POS is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to provide effective technical support in a fast-paced hotel environment.
