เรากำลังมองหา Chef de Partie - Hot Kitchen เพื่อดูแลการปฏิบัติงานภายในครัวร้อนและควบคุมการเตรียมอาหารให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานของโรงแรม หน้าที่รวมถึงการเตรียมวัตถุดิบ ปรุงอาหาร ดูแลคุณภาพอาหาร ควบคุมความสะอาดภายในครัว และสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานภายในครัวให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
Requirements
ผู้สมัครควรมีประสบการณ์ด้านครัวร้อนในโรงแรมหรือร้านอาหาร มีความรู้ด้านการประกอบอาหาร เทคนิคการปรุงอาหาร และมาตรฐานสุขอนามัยอาหาร สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน บริหารจัดการงานในส่วนที่รับผิดชอบ และรักษาคุณภาพอาหารให้ได้มาตรฐานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
