The role includes preparing salads, cold appetizers, buffet items, and garnishes, maintaining hygiene standards, supervising daily operations within the section, and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a cold kitchen section within a hotel or restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cold kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards is essential. The ability to work under pressure, manage a kitchen section efficiently, and maintain high culinary standards is required.
