Job Description
Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong – MGallery according to hotel recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests, recommend beverages and create a personalised bar experience while maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar. Support stock control, opening and closing procedures and responsible beverage service.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Bartender within a hotel, resort, restaurant or quality bar is preferred. Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage preparation is required, together with good English communication and guest service skills. Must be well-groomed, creative, service-minded and able to work efficiently in a busy bar environment.
