Job Description
We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Assistant Spa Manager to support the daily operations of the spa and ensure a high standard of guest experience. The role involves assisting in managing the team, maintaining service quality, supporting revenue generation through upselling, and ensuring smooth and efficient spa operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional treatments and creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for all guests.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality and a strong service mindset, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. They must demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to drive upselling and revenue. Good communication skills in both Thai and English are required, as well as hands-on spa treatment skills.
