Job Description
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. Supervise the service team, coordinate with the kitchen and handle guest requests or concerns while supporting reservations, upselling and smooth service flow. Assist with team training, scheduling and cost control while ensuring a consistently positive dining experience.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or similar F&B leadership role in a hotel, resort or quality restaurant is required. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, team supervision, guest relations and service standards is essential. Good English communication, leadership and organisational skills are required.
