Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Outlet Manager to support the management of daily food and beverage outlet operations while ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction. The role includes supervising service teams, assisting with staff training and development, monitoring operational performance, handling guest feedback, controlling costs, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the outlet.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in food and beverage operations with supervisory or management responsibility within a hotel, resort, or restaurant environment. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Experience in team management, outlet operations, guest relations, and service standards is preferred. Good English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment are required.
